In designing the office spaces for the news website, specific requirements of the unpredictable, all-day dynamics of using workspaces were met. The space is organized with a contrasting relationship between office/editorial areas and common/public spaces.
The recognizable characteristics of the client—uncompromising reporting and passionate investigative journalism—are represented through the concept of a boxing ring as a synonym for combativeness. This element is symbolically depicted by black frames with the texture of rubber bands, which run through all public spaces.
The space is characterized by multifunctionality, allowing for easy repurposing and adaptation to different situations.
