Project Summary: Architecture is the art of organising and constructing space, establishing mutual spatial relationships between the interior and exterior, as well as the immediate and wider surroundings. It combines aesthetic and functional elements to create a harmonious and usefully designed space. Numerous tools are utilised in the workflow through all phases of the project’s lifecycle: from creativity and the creation of conceptual designs, through production in terms of design development, and distribution where the project achieves its physical realization through the construction of the building, to placement, which aims to offer the product and work potential, i.e., services, to end-users. With the onset of digitalisation and the digital single market, conventional tools no longer make architectural work competitive and do not provide opportunities for creative expression and an innovative approach to solving the project brief and general operations, hindering it with their functional limitations. The objective of the project is to strengthen the applicant’s capacity for a competitive presence in the digital single market by improving four business processes – creativity, production, distribution, and placement – leading to the development of new innovative and creative products and services, thereby contributing to cultural diversity and the general recognition of Croatian architecture. The achievement of the objective will be accomplished through project activities aimed at business process improvement, employee training, and the development of plans and strategies, which concurrently contributes to achieving the call’s objective, which is complementary to the project’s objective.
